We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, assess their heating and cooling needs, and recommend the best HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping customers, and is driven to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Meet with residential and commercial customers.
Evaluate customers’ HVAC needs and recommend appropriate systems.
Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
Explain financing options and available promotions.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth process.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC sales experience is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
