RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead architectural projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and small- to mid-sized project teams.
- Develop design solutions and produce technical documentation.
- Mentor team members and support client and industry relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Architecture degree from a NAAB-accredited program.
- Active architectural license required.
- 10+ years of architecture experience; education-sector experience preferred.
- Experience across all project phases, including design and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit; experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- LEED accreditation and active NCARB record are preferred.
Pay: $112,892.30 - $135,956.31 per year
