Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning services with professionalism and attention to detail
- Follow company cleaning systems, checklists, and job instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Properly use cleaning products and equipment
- Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks thoroughly
Qualifications
- Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
For 1099 Contractors:
- Must have or be willing to obtain liability insurance
- Responsible for own taxes

Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience, position type, and job scope
- Typical earnings range from $25–$35 per hour
