What You'll Do

Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers

Foster children's growth in all developmental domains through engaging and intentional daily experiences

Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and support

Provide responsive care by recognizing and meeting infants' and toddlers' individual needs

Create a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, engaging, and culturally responsive

Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance and nurturing interactions
Qualifications

Infant-Toddler CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with qualifying early childhood coursework

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children under 36 months of age

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

Commitment to developmentally appropriate practices and high-quality infant and toddler care

Ability to provide consistent nurturance, affection, and security for young children

Passion for supporting families as partners in their child's development
What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Higher end of the pay range is based on education credentials and experience. -
