Operations / IT Manager
Job Class: Exempt Reports To: President / CEO
Job Summary: Work closely with IT Support to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient business operations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: NOTE: Main Bank unilaterally may change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Liaison between IT Support, Managed Services, and IT Auditors / Regulators
· Oversee Vendor Management including vendor due diligence, contract management, and contract negotiations
· Maintain IT policies and procedures with assistance from Policy Vendor and IT Support
· Gather materials necessary to complete Annual IT Audit and FDIC IT Examinations
· Manage IT ticketing / support systems
· Build / create 3–5-year rolling IT budget (with IT Support assistance)
· Support operations and systems
· Core bank experience, with ability to initiate and navigate ticketing system, etc.
· Effectively write reports to allow better access to bank data as needed
· Building support / maintenance – familiarity with systems and repair / maintenance vendors
· Support with Annual Liquidity Testing and Annual Signature Card Reviews for correspondent banks
· Security Officer support

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology
- 3 years minimum IT experience
- 2 years minimum Operations experience
- IT experience in a financial institution setting preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
