This position is with IPPC Technologies (ImpulseControl.net), a company that provides computer and internet monitoring solutions for probation, parole, and pretrial agencies nationwide.
About the Role
We're looking for someone to help us communicate clearly and consistently with our clients. This part-time role covers a range of marketing and communication work, including website updates, client materials, and research. It is a great fit for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a few different types of projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep our two websites up to date — refreshing text and basic content (light HTML edits, not development)
- Put together brochures and client materials for conferences targeting various audiences
- Research new markets as needed and summarize findings for leadership
- Work with leadership to write and send our monthly client newsletter
- Travel to conferences up to 10 days per year
What We're Looking For
- Clear, professional writing skills
- Comfortable reading and summarizing information (for research projects)
- Basic comfort with HTML (enough to update existing web pages)
- Some familiarity with design tools like Canva
- Organized and able to manage a few small projects at once
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
