For locals (within 50 Miles):
W2 Local: $66/hr – Weekly payrate: $2,376
1099 Local: $72/hr – Weekly payrate: $2,592
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 70
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $ 2,520
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 35.39
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $ 1,274.04
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $ 1,245.96
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $72.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,592
Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, monitor complex conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document critically ill patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Recent critical care/ICU experience required
- Must be able to read and interpret telemetry
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
