Food Manufacturing Associate – Job Description
We are hiring Food Manufacturing Associates to join our production team in a fast-paced food facility. This role helps prepare and process ingredients used in daily production.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and measure ingredients based on recipes and instructions
- Weigh, label, and organize materials for production use
- Follow food safety rules and quality standards at all times
- Help reduce waste and keep work areas clean and organized
- Accurately record product and inventory information
- Operate pallet jacks and basic equipment (training provided)
- Work safely and follow all company procedures
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Food Safety & Quality:
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
- Follow allergen control and sanitation procedures
- Report any safety or quality concerns immediately
- Ensure accurate and honest documentation at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic math and communication skills (English required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work in cold or refrigerated environments
