Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialty Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects within specialized sectors. Duties
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of specialty construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications
- Oversee procurement processes, including contract negotiations and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design intent and regulatory standards
- Coordinate on-site activities, ensuring construction site safety, quality control, and adherence to environmental regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project delivery from inception to completion
Skills
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, project management principles, and construction site operations
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with contracts management and negotiation strategies
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and site supervision practices
- Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams within complex construction environments
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Pay: $68,884.88 - $82,958.14 per year
