What You’ll Do as a DSP, you’ll support individuals in their daily lives while promoting independence and community involvement. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily routines and activities
- Supporting development of independent living skills
- Coordinating healthcare needs
- Administering medications (with training)
- Encouraging positive personal care habits
- Empowering individuals to make choices and express preferences
- Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
- Ability to pass federal and state background checks
No experience required – paid training provided!
