Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew member to assist our landscaping install team and ensure the successful execution of various landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the outdoors, and a comprehensive understanding of landscape install practices. This role involves ensuring high-quality work in rock installation, irrigation, tree planting and pavers.
Responsibilities
- This role is a working with a team of installation crew members.
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including paver install, rock install, irrigation, and tree planting.
- Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment for groundskeeping activities.
- Train crew members on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with management on project planning and resource allocation.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscaping or install roles with a focus on landscape installation.
- Knowledge of landscape installation.
- Ability to build structures or features within landscapes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality and safety in all landscaping activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
