The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, microdermabrasion and retail sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and health of clients' skin while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including microdermabrasion, dermablading, facial cupping, peels, gua sha and more.
- Sanitize all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Offer personalized skincare advice and recommend products to clients based on their individual needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide the best services possible.
- Be willing to sell products, memberships and treatments.
Requirements
- Valid Master esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience skincare and sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a beauty setting.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for the beauty industry with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
