Theisen Construction is currently hiring full-time laborers and welders to join our bridge construction crew. These jobs are Monday through Friday approximately 10 hours a day. A typical work week has 10 hours of overtime. Work duties for laborers include using power tools, torch, and ability to perform physical labor. Welding positions include laborer duties along with welding. Applicants must not be afraid of heights as some climbing is required.
