- Experience with mobile device management (MDM)
- 2+ years of experience identity/security solutions
- Experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace identity), including SSO/MFA setup and user provisioning
- Familiarity with administering Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace environments
- Comfort troubleshooting across both Windows and Chrome OS environments
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients, configuring and deploying IT and security tools to fit their environment
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact throughout the implementation process
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during onboarding and setup
- Partner with account managers and technicians to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to ongoing support
- Document implementation processes and client-specific configurations for future reference
- Provide training and guidance to client staff on new tools and systems as needed
- Check email daily for new client introductions and responses, and review your schedule to prepare for upcoming meetings, trainings, or calls
- Prepare any necessary materials, such as slide decks, ahead of client sessions
- Lead or join client meetings to kick off new implementations or continue in-progress projects
- Update internal records (e.g., CRM or project tracking system) with relevant notes following client sessions
- Raise client questions or feedback to internal team channels, and coordinate with other team members as needed to keep projects moving
- Stay current through ongoing research and continued education on tools, products, and client environments
- Keep internal and external conversations on track, ensuring project team members and client teams stay aligned

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
