Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour DOE + 10% Shift Premium

As a CNC Machinist Level III, you'll play a key role in producing complex precision-machined components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC machines
- Produce precision components while maintaining tight tolerances
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
- Make machine adjustments and tool offsets to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- Work closely with team members to improve processes and maximize productivity
- Follow all quality, safety, and production procedures
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment
- Experience with multi-axis machining
- Previous experience with Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn machines is highly preferred
- Experience with Citizen and/or Star machines is a plus
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and be coached
- Competitive pay: $28.00-$35.00/hour DOE
