As an AT&T Customer Relations, you'll serve as a key point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand available AT&T Fiber services and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role offers hands-on experience, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement.
Core Responsibilities of an AT&T Customer Relations
- Connect with potential customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services and create meaningful customer interactions.
- Share information about available internet packages, special offers, and service solutions to help customers explore their options.
- Address customer inquiries with clear, accurate, and knowledgeable responses regarding products, services, and enrollment requirements.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering attentive service and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Support customers throughout the sign-up process, including account registration, service activation, and onboarding assistance.
- Document customer engagements, enrollment updates, and related activities to ensure accurate and organized recordkeeping.
