Outside Sales Executive (Hunter Sales) – Pronto Delivery

Position Summary
Pronto Delivery is seeking a high-energy Sales Professional to drive net-new revenue through aggressive prospecting, relationship development, and closing new business. This role is ideal for a self-directed, competitive sales professional who thrives on opening doors, solving customer logistics and transportation challenges, and winning new accounts in a fast-paced, time-critical delivery environment.
The Hunter Sales Executive will focus exclusively on new customer acquisition, selling Pronto's services with on-demand delivery, dedicated routes, final mile business-to business and business-to-consumer, warehousing, medical delivery, and nationwide shipping utilizing brokerage solutions to commercial clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
· Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
· Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
· Secure first-time shipments and convert prospects into long-term customers
2. Consultative Selling
· Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer delivery challenges and urgency requirements
· Position Pronto Delivery as a reliable and responsive logistics partner
· Develop customized delivery solutions aligned to customer needs
3. Sales Execution & Closing
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
· Negotiate pricing and service agreements within guidelines
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new revenue targets
4. Market Intelligence & Collaboration
· Track competitive activity and market trends
· Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to onboard new customers
· Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records

Qualifications
Required
- 3–7 years of B2B hunter sales experience
- Proven success in prospecting and closing new accounts
- Expertise in territory and pipeline management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of self-motivation
- CRM proficiency

- Experience in on-demand delivery, logistics, or transportation services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience
