Responsibilities
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Verifying patient information and insurance
- Collecting copays and patient balances
- Managing patient paperwork and medical records
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and families
- Assisting with general front office duties as needed

Schedule & Locations
This position will primarily work between our two practice locations:
- Newburgh, Indiana
- Owensboro, Kentucky (approximately 4 days per month)
Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a medical front office (high-volume preferred).
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
