Self-Direction DSP - Baldwinsville Area (Job #RC-DS)
Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR)is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a friendly, energetic teenage boy who enjoys playing video games, sports, and routine. In this role you will help him work on his independent living skills and social skills both in the community and at home. He is interested in learning how to be more independent with cooking and cleaning, as well as expanding his connections in the community. He enjoys working out at the YMCA, going to Skyzone, and going out to eat. He is looking for someone with similar interests that will help motivate him to work on his goals. Hours and Days of work: Preferred days and times are Tuesday and Thursday after school.
Location: Baldwinsville, NY
Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
