(BL, AL, JL or Foreman) Lineman – Overhead Distribution

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Linemen to support overhead distribution construction, maintenance, and storm restoration work. This role involves working on energized and de-energized distribution systems within a major utility service territory, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead distribution systems
- Work on energized lines using proper safety procedures and PPE
- Install, remove, and maintain poles, crossarms, transformers, insulators, and conductors
- String, sag, and clip conductor in accordance with specifications
- Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other line equipment
- Read and interpret construction prints, staking sheets, and work orders
- Troubleshoot outages and support storm restoration efforts as needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition
- Adhere to all company, client, and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of overhead distribution lineman experience
- Experience working within utility standards and specifications
- Valid Class A CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to work on energized lines and in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of distribution systems, rigging, and grounding practices
- Ability to climb poles and perform physically demanding work daily
Requirements

- Ability to travel
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and storm response when required
