Preschool Teacher
Oasis Early Child Learning Center is growing, and we are looking for a loving, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. Full and part-time positions available.
We are seeking someone who truly enjoys working with young children and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate will help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and academically while partnering with families and staff to provide excellent care.

Responsibilities
The Preschool Teacher will:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that keep children engaged and excited about learning.
- Provide a warm, structured, and positive classroom environment.
- Support each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Use effective classroom management and positive guidance strategies.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress, needs, and daily experiences.
- Observe and assess children’s development and adjust activities when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Encourage creativity, exploration, independence, and confidence.
- Work cooperatively with the director and other team members.
- Follow all center policies, licensing standards, and childcare safety procedures.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:
- Experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood setting.
- A genuine love for children and a desire to help them learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to create engaging classroom activities for different learning styles.
- Understanding of child development and age-appropriate behavior management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to complete ongoing professional development and childcare training.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
