1st Response Restoration is hiring an experienced Construction Lead / Foreman to join our team!
We are looking for a dependable, skilled construction professional who can lead restoration and reconstruction projects, manage crews, and deliver quality work from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily jobsite operations and crews
- Manage project timelines, materials, and workflow
- Perform hands-on construction and restoration work
- Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction experience preferred
- Restoration, remodeling, or insurance repair experience a plus
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
