We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We are now hiring part-time and full-time positions throughout San Diego County.
- Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist (Early Intervention)
- Employer: JumpStart Pediatric Therapy
- Location: Home-based, natural environment settings — choose your preferred service area within greater San Diego
- Schedule: Flexible | Part-time (1–19 patients/week) or Full-time (20+ patients/week)
- Pay: $70–$90/hour per session | Additional compensation for evaluations

Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) in their home and natural environments
- Complete comprehensive evaluations, develop family-centered goals, and coach caregivers on integrating strategies into daily routines
- Manage your caseload independently with accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team focused on meaningful developmental outcomes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California PT license in good standing
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and up-to-date auto insurance
- At least one year of experience working with the pediatric population; early intervention (ages 0–3) strongly preferred
- Warm, family-centered approach with strong communication and caregiver coaching skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders, orthotics, DME, prematurity, and behaviors
- Familiarity with California Regional Center early intervention systems
Caseload Options
- Part-time: 1–19 patients/week
