Position Summary:
As a Ticket Scanner, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process for our patrons by scanning tickets and providing excellent customer service. You will be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience at our venue.
Responsibilities:

Scan tickets (physical and digital) upon entry to the venue.

Verify ticket validity and assist guests with any ticketing issues.
