As a Day Porter, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and order in our customer account on a daily basis. The Day Porter will be friendly, professional, organized and work quickly. Day Porter must be able to work well alone as well as part of a team -- self motivated and have initiative. They must have a strong work ethic and a positive can-do approach to their work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with a sense of urgency to maintain the cleaning schedule and supplies needed.
- Stock and clean restrooms, office/break areas and customer requests.
- Keep supplies and closet clean to 6S standards.
- Quickly respond to and follow up on customer requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills.
- Keep safety in first of thought processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must live within 15 minutes of West Branch, IA
- Goal oriented
- Excellent communication skills with customers and office staff.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Required Work Authorization in the United States, FBG conducts E-Verify on every new employee.
- Must be able to pass a background check
Attendance and Punctuality are essential functions of the position.
PAID WEEKLY! Pay Rate is $18.50/hour
