Candidate Source has immediate openings for Production Associates with a growing global manufacturer in the electronics and lighting controls industry, located in Ashland, VA. These are full-time positions offering 40+ hours per week, weekly pay, a climate-controlled work environment, and real opportunity for long-term career growth.
What You'll Do:
Assemble custom products according to production specifications and quality standards
Cut, measure, and attach materials such as fabric, aluminum, and wood
Operate hand tools, saws, and automated machines
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control
Package and label finished products for shipping

What We're Looking For:
Reliable transportation to the Ashland, VA area
Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds regularly
Ability to stand and move between workstations for the full shift
Previous manual labor experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
Comfortable reading and interpreting shipping tickets for accurate order fulfillment
Basic math and computer skills
Willingness to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow all safety procedures
