Heavy Haul Driver – OTR (RGN) – Southeast Based
We have 4 positions open:
1 2026 Peterbilt 567 4 axle Day Cab
3 2027 Peterbilt 589 4 axle Sleeper Truck
What we are looking for:
- 5 or more years of verified heavy haul and oversize experience
- No violations, citations, tickets, or wrecks in the last 5 years
- Must be mechanically inclined and have a problem solving attitude to perform minor repairs and solve issues out on the road
- Have a TWIC card or the ability to get one within 90 days
- Must have a clean and professional appearance
- Come prepared to work. That means hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, correct footwear. Must also be prepared financially, we are not a loan company or a payday advance company, make sure you have enough funds to run until you get your first paycheck.
- Be motivated and be able to keep the door shut. If you can’t run 600+ miles a day DO NOT BOTHER
- Must be able to utilize technology to plan your trip, search for in network fuel stations, plot your route from your permit, give accurate ETA’s, use ELD software, and other daily uses of technology.

Company Overview:

Position: Heavy Haul Driver OTR and Local/Regional
Home Time: Out 3 weeks at a time for OTR and home most weekends for Local/Regional
Pay: Percentage-based pay (competitive and based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate RGN lowboy trailers for heavy-haul freight.
- Secure loads using proper chains, binders, straps, and specialized equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
- Represent the company with a high level of safety, reliability, and integrity.
