Duties
- Lead food preparation activities, ensuring all menu items meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Assist in menu planning by preparing ingredients and supporting new product launches
- Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety
- Prepare beverages, snacks, and meals efficiently while maintaining consistency and speed during busy periods
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness of workstations
- Serve customers with enthusiasm, providing friendly service that encourages repeat visits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, timely order completion, and a positive work environment
Experience
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service demonstrates strong culinary skills
