Project Manager
Location: West Orange, NJ (On-Site)
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000/year (DOE)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the operational backbone of multiple construction projects—ensuring everything runs smoothly from the office to the field.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple active construction projects simultaneously
- Partner closely with on-site Project Managers to keep timelines, materials, and communication on track
- Own project timelines—proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met (or beat)
- Ensure accurate ordering and timely delivery of all project materials
- Lead communication across teams to eliminate gaps and drive efficiency
- Manage project documentation, workflows, and internal processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, more streamlined solutions
What We’re Looking For

- 3–5+ years in Project Management and Office Operations (construction experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering on deadlines

- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and communication tools
