Here at Community Connections, we work directly with Individuals that have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We have 2 main priorities, participant safety and promoting independence.
We are looking for staff to work days, night, full time and part time with our Adult clients. These staff should have great communication and patience, the ability to not take things personally and a heart to help those in need.

Nights
- Part Time 24 hrs/wk; Sun & Wed 8pm-8am with paid sleep time @ $1268-1315/month average gross
- Full Time 60 hrs/wk; Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon 8pm-8am with paid sleep time @ $3300-3465/month average gross

Pay DOE
We are looking for someone to work with our clients who have Developmental Disabilities in their own homes and in the community! This job has a lot of variety to avoid boredom.
Some activities you may do for work are watching movies, going bowling, creating a menu, shopping, attending community events, working on home skills, and so much more. We also have a day program where you would work with a group of staff/clients who do things such as cooking groups, bowling, art projects, volunteer trips, and social groups.

Supported Living / Residential Habilitation
Our preeminent Residential Habilitation / Supported Living program here at Community Connections, Inc. enables adults of all ages with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes and fully participate in community activities with the 24hr support and assistance of our team of qualified professionals and highly trained staff. Our participants live active, productive and healthy lives that empower them to learn, grow, and take pride and pleasure in their accomplishments.
Transition Home (6+ months experience required)
Community Connections, Inc. provides emergency residential placement services for individuals with developmental disabilities whose community placement has been jeopardized or lost. The nature of this service often involves the need for short-term residential placement immediately available while participants work with a treatment team and other stakeholders to arrange for a longer term solution to the placement. Community Connections, Inc. assists with staffing and daily living needs throughout this process.
