We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Landscape Construction Foreman o join our vibrant team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional landscapes. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to assist in landscape installation and construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry, and hardscape installation including pavers, retaining walls, and pathways
- Install various landscape features such as water elements, lighting fixtures, fencing, and decorative structures
- Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications
- Assist with carpentry tasks including framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation
- Apply skills in plumbing and electrical work when integrating irrigation systems or outdoor lighting solutions
- Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication, plastering, stucco application, caulking, roofing repairs, and glass or tile installation
- Support project management by estimating materials needs using construction estimating techniques and Bluebeam software
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site during all phases of construction and restoration projects
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape construction or related fields such as masonry, carpentry, or general construction site work
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles
- Hands-on experience with concrete finishing, masonry work (including brickwork and stonework), and hardscape installation
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including excavators or loaders is preferred
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks including framing, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and welding
- Experience with restoration projects or remodeling is a plus but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $23.75 - $28.60 per hour
