Position Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans, annual business objectives, and market growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profit, depletion, and market share goals

Lead and direct sales leadership teams, providing coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development to build organizational capability

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners to drive strategic alignment and business growth

Partner with supplier leadership to develop annual business plans, distribution objectives, promotional strategies, and investment priorities

Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend business solutions

Ability to travel up to 40%

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 15 plus years of specific experience and 10 plus years of leadership experience
