Summary: This role focuses primarily on painting, drywall repair, and finish work, while also assisting with general maintenance duties throughout our hospital and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and finishing.
- Complete drywall repairs, texturing, and touch-ups to maintain professional appearance of all areas.
- Assist with general maintenance duties such as light carpentry, minor repairs, and preventive upkeep.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
- Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Education and/or Experience: Two to three years experience as a general painter, good color acuity and knowledge of wall coverings desired.
