Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with painting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking.
- Paint interior and exterior residential and commercial properties.
- Assist with drywall repairs and touch-ups.
- Perform pressure washing and other property improvement tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures on job sites.
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous professional painting experience required.
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Must own not all but some basic painting tools, including brushes, rollers, roller frames, extension pole, painter’s knife, caulk gun, and hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with drywall repair.
- Experience with pressure washing.
- Experience with light handyman work.
- Ability to cut clean lines and produce high-quality finishes.
