Overview
Join our team at Unique Pediatric Rehab Center as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)! In this rewarding role, you will help children and young adults develop the skills needed to improve independence, communication, participation, and overall quality of life. Our clinic serves pediatric clients ages 12 months through 21 years with a variety of developmental, behavioral, and neurological diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and other pediatric conditions.
Duties
- Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based, child-centered therapy services
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and treatment documentation in a timely manner
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and home programs
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide coordinated care
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Experience
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OTR) license or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- CPR certification preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, developmental delays, and related pediatric diagnoses is beneficial
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and families

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time schedule in a pediatric outpatient clinic setting
- Full-Time Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience
