Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team capable of delivering top-tier food service.
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control measures.
- Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment by enforcing health regulations and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant.
- Lead shift management by coordinating staff activities, resolving customer concerns promptly, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled team aligned with our service standards.
- Monitor budget adherence and implement cost-control strategies to support financial goals.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, staff training & development, and recognition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food handling, culinary processes, and kitchen management with hands-on cooking or food preparation skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and sales reconciliation is essential.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and inventory control procedures.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and drive operational excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including shift management, budgeting, and food production efficiently.
