What You'll Do
As our Production Scheduler, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand, inventory objectives, and operational goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to balance production capacity with customer requirements.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve scheduling challenges before they impact delivery commitments.
- Partner with production leadership to ensure schedule adherence and quickly address changes in priorities or unexpected disruptions.
- Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage production schedules, material requirements, and inventory levels.
- Implement forecasting tools and processes to improve planning accuracy and support business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and shorten lead times.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly across departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support strategic planning efforts through data-driven recommendations and operational insights.
- Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain planning, or a related manufacturing role.
- Hands-on experience utilizing ERP and MRP systems for production and inventory planning.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production control, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely navigate a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
- Frequent use of computers and standard office equipment.
