- -Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting dealership goals.
- Support the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote products and services in the community.
- Post Vehicles in different social media accounts
- -Use social media platform to generate leads
- Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics.- Deliver presentations or demonstrations as needed, showcasing products effectively through public speaking skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment that reflects the professionalism of the dealership.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using software tools related to sales support is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers are essential for success in this role.
- Experience in outside sales or public speaking will enhance your effectiveness as a Sales Associate.Qualifications
