Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with diverse dietary needs and restrictions
Conduct nutrition assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify patients' nutritional requirements
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families
Monitor and report patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed to achieve optimal results
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nutrition and dietetics
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Requirements:
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
1 year of experience (entry-level welcome to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
