Job Summary
Our company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help manage the office and handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Phone calls and Emails: incoming and outgoing from clients and potential clients
- Greeting clients for in-office appointments
- Setting of Appointments in calendar
- Docketing of Court Hearings and Hearing Reminders
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Respond to questions and requests for information
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Proficiency in MS Office and simple legal software
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Prior law firm experience preferred but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
