Friday - Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) is looking for an experienced Machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and solving complex machining challenges. If you're tired of working five or six days a week and want more time with your family while maintaining full-time earnings, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Paid daytime training

Initial training will be completed on Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM

Learn our processes while working alongside experienced team members before transitioning to nights
What You'll Do

Set up and operate complex machining equipment

Program and create 3-5 axis tool paths using Mastercam

Select tooling and machining methods to produce high-quality components

Collaborate with Engineering to achieve tight tolerances and design objectives

Maintain equipment, tooling, and work area to the highest standards

Produce quality work that supports aerospace, industrial, and precision manufacturing customers
What We're Looking For

4+ years of machining experience or completion of a Machining Apprenticeship

Strong setup experience with CNC machining

Mastercam experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and process documentation

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Someone who enjoys taking ownership and producing quality work
