We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects throughout Alabama. Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil site development and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
- Manage site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate permitting and approvals with municipalities, agencies, and clients.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects.
- Assist with business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
- Represent the company through professional organizations and community involvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Alabama.
- Minimum of 8 years of civil/site engineering and project management experience.
- Strong proficiency with Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
