Concierge Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking highly motivated, detailed-oriented team players to join our Concierge team. This position reports directly to the Director of Concierge.
Schedule:
Rotating schedule = 4 days on/ 4 days off. Shift: 1:00pm to 11:00pm shift.
Core Competencies:
- Customer focus working directly with Jet OUT co-owners and clients.
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails with grace and urgency.
- Proactively contact customer of any operational issue(s).
- Find solutions to accommodate customer.
- Collect vital customer information and assess the credibility of the situations.
- Communicate with outside customers and internal departments to address customer feedback.
- Work closely with dispatch and sales teams to relay customer information and desires.
- Responsible for customer logistics to include- vehicle transportation, lodging, catering, specific needs.
- Actively engage client needs through exceptional customer service to exceed Jet OUT standards.
- Create personalized customer experiences on a per flight basis.
- Ensure customers are satisfied by providing timely follow up.
- Accurately document all customers’ conversation details into the database.
- Ability to multitask between conversations, computer programs and daily activities.
- Print and organize flight data as necessary.
- Update trip details as they become available.
- Correct co-owner or passenger information as needed.
- Enter passenger names for TSA no-fly list.
- Contact Customs and Border Protection for scheduled flight activity.
- Check and verify if flight destination has any large scale events planned during arrival (Conventions, Football games, Racing).
- Revise destination information- FBO, preferred transportation companies, hotels, special services.
- Promote a safety and reporting culture.
- Offer coaching and on-the-job training to new team-members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Google platform, Mac computer environment.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
