Our established trucking division is looking for experienced, motivated and dedicated dump truck & trailer drivers to join our team! We are looking for Class A CDL drivers who have experience with truck and pup / side dumps.
Job Description:
- Safely and efficiently drive and operate manual dump truck and trailer / side dump
- Complete pre & post-trip inspections and note any issues and turn in daily
- Maintain daily written truck logs referencing pit / job sites, load / dump times and signatures
- Navigate to jobsites and material sources in a timely manner using dedicated truck routes
- Abide by pit rules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, co-workers, scale house, pit etc.
- Keep the truck clean and fueled daily
Requirements:
- CDL Class A license and DOT Medical Card
- Available to work every weekday and overtime to include Saturdays and Sundays as needed
- Able to lift, shovel, scrape and climb to access all truck / trailer functionalities and box
- 3 years of experience preferred driving truck and pup/ side dump
- Clean driving record and be insurable by the company's vehicle insurance
- Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions
Immediate Hiring Upon:
1. Qualified drive test
2. Passing a pre-employment UA
3. Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse consent
Benefits:
- Pay is every week on Friday
- Hourly rate range: $33 / hour, raise after successful completion of 90-day probationary period
- Prevailing Wage work in Pierce and King County
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days of employment
