Imaflex USA, Inc. is looking for an experienced blown film extrusion operator to join our team and be a part of our growth and success!
The person in this role will be responsible for routine line inspections and conducting testing of all products to ensure that customer specifications are met.
Looking up of specifications in the ISO manual before starting an order.
Interpreting the work order for any special instructions.
Analyzing product specifications to ensure product consistency with the standard specifications set by the company or the customer.
Making inspections of resin hookups and quality checks at the start of each day and after changeovers.
Making inspections of start samples and roll samples at the start and end of each set of rolls.
Making data entries for roll inspections in the computer system.
Assisting in cutting cores for each machine.
Cleaning equipment and areas in the workplace.
Assisting the Machine Operators with packaging rolls according to specifications.
