American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position at a Colorado hospital, requiring at least 1 year of OR experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

Hospital Operating Room (OR) setting

Night shift schedule: 1900–0700 (12-hour shifts)

3 days per week, 36 hours per week

Weeknights only — no weekends or call shifts required

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

Epic EMR used for charting

Active RN license — Colorado single-state or compact license required (no pending licenses)

Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required; must not expire prior to start

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in the OR setting
-
Executes delegated medical functions, performs health teaching, and monitors therapy and treatment plans

Documents clinical care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines

Candidates who have worked permanently at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
