RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team that prepares orders to be decorated. That includes moving, preparing, and pairing of materials so that an order has everything it needs when it arrives to a decorator in screen printing, embroidery, or digital printing.
- Motivate and develop members of the prep team by providing support, coaching conversations, and performance reviews.
- Monitor production schedule and direct team members to prep materials in the correct order.
- Ensure your team prepares orders correctly and on time so that decoration departments (screen printing, embroidery, and digital print) can easily produce orders on time and correct.
- Communicate within your team and cross-functionally to ensure orders move efficiently and accurately.
- Identify and communicate issues found in prep with other department leads to ensure those are handled and avoided going forward.

- Previous leadership experience in a production environment
- High energy and history of being highly productive at work
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Strong skills in teamwork, communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and adaptability

- Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- Pay $23/hr+
- 90-day introductory period with thorough training
- Following introductory period, guaranteed performance review every 90 days
