The HVAC Install Technician performs various functions in installing a customers’ HVAC system in their home or commercial property to ensure the highest satisfaction in quality and performance of the unit.

Performs installation of HVAC equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications

Installs wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment

Installs copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering.

Performs installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings

Confirm all material checks and equipment is loaded for each job into their work vehicles.

Works within a job team helping to support coworkers in the completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out and returned to the office upon completion of the job.

Maintains a collaborative working environment with all supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Must have a minimum of 13 years of HVAC installation experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Must be selfmotivated with strong ability to follow instructions and work effectively in team settings too.

Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.

Strong ability to operate under adverse temperature conditions depending on summer heat conditions when needed.

Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
