CDL-A Local Truck Driver – Home Daily | Night Shift | No Experience Needed

We are hiring CDL-A Local Drivers for a dedicated night shift position based in Arcadia, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent local freight, reliable weekly pay, and daily home time. No experience is required - recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.
Drivers will operate local dedicated routes with two runs per day while handling no-touch freight through drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries.
Pay & Compensation
- Average weekly earnings: $1,200 – $1,400
- Short haul pay: $30 for loads under 90 miles
- Stop pay: $10 per stop
- Weekly direct deposit
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Daily
- Night Shift Only
- Schedule Options:
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Consistent year-round freight
Freight & Equipment
- No-touch freight
- Drop & hook and live unload
- 2 runs per day
- Dedicated local routes
- Late-model automatic transmission trucks
- Well-maintained fleet with advanced safety features
Daily Responsibilities
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Operate safely and follow all DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate logs using the ELD system
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and ETAs
- Ensure on-time and safe delivery of freight
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- No experience required
- Must live within 40 miles of Arcadia, FL
- Must be able to work night shifts
- Current DOT medical card preferred
