Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team and Keep Our Community Running Smoothly!
Are you a natural problem solver who loves working with your hands and takes pride in a job well done? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help us keep our community safe, efficient, and beautiful for all our residents.
This isn’t your typical maintenance job — here, you’ll be part of a team that values your skills, trusts your judgment, and supports your growth. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our property. You’ll ensure the buildings, grounds, and amenities are always in top condition and ready for residents to enjoy. You’ll work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, and your fellow teammates to maintain the highest standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks across the property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Completing resident service requests promptly and professionally, keeping residents informed and satisfied
- Conducting maintenance punch work on vacant units to ensure they’re move-in ready for new residents
- Inspecting common areas, amenities, and buildings regularly to monitor cleanliness, appearance, and safety
- Maintaining the property’s grounds and ensuring all outdoor and indoor areas are clean, functional, and well-presented
- Assisting with preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of property assets
- Working closely with management to prioritize daily maintenance tasks and provide progress updates
- Keeping accurate records of work orders, materials, and completed projects in our maintenance tracking system
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, Fair Housing regulations, ADA standards, and safety guidelines
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and responding quickly to urgent maintenance needs
- Maintaining a courteous, respectful, and professional attitude with residents, team members, and vendors at all times
Every task you complete contributes directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our residents — and that’s something to take pride in.
Who You Are:
